Heavy steel beam frame with sheet steel sides.
Top is a 30mm thick steel plate with a loose 18mm thick MDF board overtop.
One side of Workbench has a very large custom built Anvil made from a 100mm diameter and 970mm long solid steel cylinder mounted on a hinge, see photos.
