Condition - Unable to get unit to power on. Button is pushed and green light stays constant for around 25 seconds then slowly blinks for a few minutes then turns off. No further activity from unit. Unknown how to charge unit, no compatible charging cables or accessories were provided. Battery condition is unknown. Exterior casing is very good condition shows minor marks.
