Condition - This unit appears unused as the heating elements are completey free of any grease residue though exterior cover lids and Control units all had a thin layer of dried grease on them, which we have tried to clean off as much as we could. We suspect that this unit was probably unused but stored open near an active deep fryer for some period of time.
