Cannot see the ID plate behind the unit so specific model and spec details are unknown.
The oven itself is approx 810x930x1100mm.
Interior accommodates baking trays approx 540x320mm.
Includes the 650mm tall stainless base stand with assorted well used baking trays.
Condition - Owner states the unit is well used and was running all time until recently when it was shut down for the restaurant closing. After cooling down fully for the first time in years it refuses to power on. Owner suspects an internal fuse or other electrical issue.
