20-Foor Shipping Container Worksite Workshop/Smoko Room.
The Container has been divided into two interior rooms.
The first room with the original Container doors is set up as a work room with stere topped wall Workbench plus a plywood Workbench at back. Light switch and singe phase plug on back wall. This room measurea approx 3450mm long.
Second room is set up ad a smoko/lunch room with built in table with benches, A cupboard with sink (no tap installed), and two electric heaters. A door had been cut into Container side, door measures approx 600mm wide. A window has been cut our of back wall, its glass is laying on the table.
Container shows moderate rusting, some possible ceiling leaks in workshop room. Container outer bottom framework is severely rusted and may need reinforcing/repair.
