This bowl mixer has a certified heating or cooling jacket around the lower portion of the bowl.
Built by Merser Stainless Ltd. Christchurch.
Design pressure 820 Kpa.
Test pressure 1230 Kpa.

The internal bowl size is approx. 800 mm Diameter x about 700 mm deep.
It has 2 mixing shafts that are counter rotating.
The mixing head and drive unit are raised and lowered via SMC air rams and a SMC lock ram.
The bowl is tipped out via a reduction drive and rotation hand crank.
The geared motor is a SEW 3 phase unit. 5.5 KW. Output is 130 RPM.
