Two Radio Frequency Licenses Up For Auction
This auction is for a license for the transmission of sound broadcasting services. It is being held on behalf of the Crown through the Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment's Radio Spectrum Management team. Note that the start price is also the reserve price.
This licence is at Two Peaks (Central Hawkes Bay) Latitude -40.0345693 Longitude 176.6498551 at 96.4 MHz (FM). It is valid until April 2 2031. Coordinates are specified in NZGD2000/WGS84 format. Full technical details of the licence can be found at the Radio Spectrum Management website:

This licence is referred to as lot 1 in the auction catalogue. The winning bidder will be required to fulfil an implementation requirement of being on air for three months within two years of purchase. Winning bidders will need to sign a contract with the Crown agreeing to this.
