Condition - All items show heavy wear and usage. One battery will not charge. Second battery will hold power but seems to be very weak. Impact wrench will not operate. Drill Driver operates but sounds worn and weak. Light operates but low light level (may be because of weak battery condition). Charger appears to operate.
